The secretary is the chief functionary of the organization and responsible for the forward planning, implementing of policies and programs as laid down by the executive committee.
Mr. R. Narsing Rao Secretary has been in the social service sector for more than 3 decades and he is one of the founder members of Sahara. Mr. Rao attended many conferences and workshops, the most coveted one being the 7th international Child and Youth Care conference held in Victoria BC, Canada where he presented a paper on child labour in India under “child and youth care”, for the conference theme of “promise into practice”. The Canadian international development agency (CIDA) has sponsored him for attending this workshop.
